Learn how to do searches for HIPs and Conveyancers

Searches (such as local authority and water & drainage searches) are required by conveyancing professionals for every residential and commercial property sale. Additionally, searches are a mandatory component of a HIP, which are now required for every home that is put on the market for sale in England & Wales (approx 2.5 million per year).

Aimed at new entrants to the industry, this training programme has been designed to provide the knowledge and understanding necessary to carry out accurate and comprehensive personal searches for Home Information Packs (to HIP Code / Search Code standard) to enable delegates to offer cost-efficient HIP solutions. In addition, delegates will also gain an appreciation of the procedures and requirements necessary to operate as a personal search agent, which is a multi-million pound industry in itself.

Once trained, you will be able to produce a complete search package for HIPs for as little as £66*.
